These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the platform 17TV (hereafter referred to as the “Provider”).
By accessing and using 17TV, the user acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
Any changes or additions to these Terms will be announced on the platform in a timely manner and will be deemed accepted if not contested within the specified period.

2. Minimum Age

Minimum Age: 16 Years: The use of 17TV is only permitted for individuals who are at least 16 years old. By using the platform, the user confirms that they have reached this minimum age.
Exceptions: The Provider reserves the right to impose stricter age requirements in certain countries or regions if required by law.

No Original Content: Neither 17TV nor its users upload their own content. 17TV serves solely as a directory or aggregation platform for existing content provided by third parties or creators.
Collection of External Sources: The displayed videos are exclusively sourced from external providers (third parties). A comprehensive review of the content, legally or otherwise, is not carried out by the Provider. 17TV sees itself as a central hub and first point of contact.
Reference to Original Sources: Whenever possible, 17TV provides a reference to the original source (e.g., official channels, websites, or stream links) so that users can identify where the content originates.

Automatic Profile Creation: 17TV may automatically generate profiles for creators or channels, for example using publicly available information (names, logos, descriptive texts).
No Initial Creator Access: These profiles are created without the prior involvement of the respective creator and are therefore not actively managed by the creator at the outset.
Right to Take Over or Delete: A creator may at any time request to take over and manage an automatically created profile. Alternatively, the creator can request that the profile be deleted or deactivated. Such requests can be sent to the Provider at Contact.

Ownership Remains with the Rights Holder: All copyrights in the content embedded or linked on 17TV remain with the respective rights holders (creators or third-party providers).
Disclaimer for Copyright Infringements: The Provider gives no guarantee that third parties are publishing their content legally. If a user or creator believes that any content on 17TV violates copyright or other rights, they can notify the Provider at Contact.

Reporting Violations: Users can report videos or content if, for example, they are unavailable, infringe upon copyright or personal rights, or violate legal regulations or these Terms.
Review by the Provider: After receiving a report, the Provider will investigate the situation as promptly as possible and take appropriate action if needed.

General Information: 17TV may offer users the ability to download selected content for offline viewing.
Liability and Legal Constraints: Downloading content is only permitted within the framework of applicable copyright law.

Permitted Use: The user may only use 17TV in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Prohibited Actions: Circumventing technical safeguards and distributing illegal content are prohibited.
Liability for Own Actions: The user is solely responsible for their own conduct.

Provider’s Own Content: The Provider is only liable for errors or omissions in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for Third-Party Content: The Provider is only liable if it has positive knowledge of a legal violation and if it is technically feasible to block access.
